Here are the talk topics:
Part I:
A lot of students choose to go to countries like the US, Canada, the UK or Australia for education even at a young age (high school). What quality and characteristics (you think) do the educational systems of those countries have that make superior and attractive to many people? Is studying abroad the only way to have more secure and better careers in the future? Express and support your opinions.

Part II:
The Miss Universe Pageant is going to happen in Vietnam in July 2008. How much do you know about this event? Do you think it is a meaningful event or a defamation against women? Give information and present your arguments.
